ハギアソフィア大聖堂

この壮麗な建造物は最初、ユスティアヌス帝によりキリスト教の教会として537年に建てられたものでハギアソフィア大聖堂という。

しかし、そのビザンチン帝国がメフメト2世率いるオスマン帝国によって1453年に滅ぼされると、この建物もイスラム教のモスク🕌に改築された。

その際、新たに加えられたのが4つの塔で、ミナレットという名前だ。

このように為政者の変遷がある宗教的建造物の宗教をも変えるというのはよくあることだ。

アンコ〜ル・ワットも当初はヒンドゥ〜教の建物だったが、のちに仏教寺院に改修された。

This magnificent building, Hagia Sophia, was built by Justinianus as a church in 537.

But Byzantine Empire was destroyed by Mehmet Ⅱ's Ottoman Empire in 1453 and the church was rebuilt as mospue.

That time,4 tall towers were added and they r called Minaret.

Like Hagia Sophia many religious buildings have been rebuilt to fit new county.

Angkor Wat was originally a building for Hindu but now a Buddhist temple.
